Park Meadows - Amsterdam (NL)
An ecological statement.
A word of explanation about the two residential towers:
According to the plan, there will be two residential towers with a total of 213 homes.
The eastern tower will have 19 floors and the apartments will be available for rent.
The western tower will have 17 floors and the apartments will be owner-occupied.
The apartments vary in size and price range.
In the plinth (the ground floor), which will form a transparent connection between the two towers, there will be a lounge and a co-working space.
On the ground floor there is space for catering, wellness facilities and places to work or relax.
This floor also offers access to a swimming pool for the residents of the western tower.
In the basement there will be a fitness room and space for bicycle racks, with parking in the layer below.
The public areas will have a green design that fits in with the Beatrixpark.
Park Meadows opts for untreated wood in the Forestlines facade system.
At the same time, Park Meadows is going one step further!
In close consultation with all parties involved, it was decided to work mainly with short lengths.
At the same time, there is a delivery period of one year on the wood, which means that the shorter planks can be obtained from the recovery of tree trunks.
A particularly ecological idea, where the wood is available on time, the price is fixed and the quality remains excellent.
Compliments to all parties involved!
