Tree description
The tree grows to about 30-36 m with large plank roots. The 15-20 m long, branch-free, straight cylindrical trunk has a diameter between 70 and 90 cm.
Wood description
The solid ocher yellow to pink brown yellow heartwood is not clearly distinguishable when fresh from the 30-50 mm wide pink yellow to yellow sapwood. Wavy veins can run over the uniformly colored heartwood.
